Step 1 - Installation and Database Server

PaperOffice technicians will make an appointment with you directly to install and set up PaperOffice ready for use:

Step 2 - Setup and Instruction

PaperOffice technicians will explain to you by phone and Teamviewer (alternatively Microsoft Teams) exactly how to solve any desired task or process with PaperOffice.

  • Introduction to intelligent document learning
  • Mapping of existing processes with PaperOffice

Step 2 - Setup and Instruction

PaperOffice technicians will explain to you by phone and Teamviewer (alternatively Microsoft Teams) exactly how to solve any desired task or process with PaperOffice.

  • Introduction to intelligent document learning
  • Mapping of existing processes with PaperOffice


Step 3 - Personal test position support

You have direct access to the entire PaperOffice team at all times, from supporters to consultants. You can get help on all topics directly from the manufacturer.

  • Online appointment booking for supporters
  • Direct telephone number to PaperOffice Support
  • Fixed contact person for the entire test (TAM)


Step 4 - Individual program adjustments and interfaces to other software

With PaperOffice you will be able to solve almost every task directly out-of-the-box - our supporters will help you at any time. For all other wishes, PaperOffice can be adapted without limits and connected to other software.

  • Adjustments to the PaperOffice program interface
  • Creating specific functions or skills
  • Integration and connection to any third-party software

Step 4 - Individual program adjustments and interfaces to other software

With PaperOffice you will be able to solve almost every task directly out-of-the-box - our supporters will help you at any time. For all other wishes, PaperOffice can be adapted without limits and connected to other software.

Step 5 - Completion of the test phase and uninterrupted switch to productive operation

If you decide to use PaperOffice after completing the test, nothing needs to be changed or installed. All documents and data are transferred seamlessly.

  • Realization of planned PaperOffice CUSTOM adjustments
