1| How can I activate PaperOffice PLUS?

2| We need support for something other than PaperOffice
You need PaperOffice SLA to get support by phone and AnyDesk for third-party software or general IT questions about software / hardware / network.
3| We need on-site support.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, all support services are exclusively provided via telephone and AnyDesk. If you still require someone on-site, please contact our team.
4| We don't want a supporter to log into our system.
Our supporters will not be able to assist you efficiently without accessing your computer via AnyDesk. For data protection reasons in accordance with the GDPR, all sessions will be archived, and you can directly request a download link from the supporter after the session.
5| We want personal support but do not want to activate PaperOffice PLUS.
There is a possibility that services can be billed individually based on SLA Level 1 conditions, if you have PaperOffice licenses (from version 2018) but do not have an active PaperOffice PLUS. Please contact our team for more information.
6| We need an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).
All topics, documents, information, and data discussed with PaperOffice are already subject to GDPR and the highest level of confidentiality. We never disclose information to third parties except to our PaperOffice partners if you explicitly agree. Please contact our team if you still require an NDA.
7| We need a written response to our questions.
Written support via email or Skype is only available with an active PaperOffice SLA. Simply contact your direct contact person for this.
8| We want personal support but without cost.
To receive personal support, you need PaperOffice PLUS. You can find more details under point 1.|

9| We have already purchased and now need assistance.
Every new license comes with PaperOffice PLUS for 6 months from purchase. Your personal contact person is always happy to assist you. You received these documents by email after purchase.
10| We do not receive automatic updates or new versions.
You will receive all release updates as well as all new versions automatically with active PaperOffice PLUS. If the automatic update program does not perform the update automatically, disconnect from the database, uninstall the current version, and then install the latest version.

What is your PaperOffice user account?

Reactivate PaperOffice PLUS (Recommended)

You will receive personal support only with activated PaperOffice PLUS and should therefore always keep it activated.

Contact your administrator if you want to know if PaperOffice is active.

Each user account has a monthly free support unit. If you have additional user accounts, you can use them for this.
