What is your PaperOffice user account?

Reactivate PaperOffice PLUS (Recommended)

You will receive personal support only with activated PaperOffice PLUS and should therefore always keep it activated.

Contact your administrator if you want to know if PaperOffice is active.

Use a different user account

Each user account has a monthly free support unit. If you have additional user accounts, you can use them for this.

Waiting until next month

Each user account has a monthly free support unit. At the beginning of each month, this support unit is renewed.

PaperOffice Instantsupport

Enable PaperOffice SLA

With an activated PaperOffice SLA, you will receive, among other things, monthly unlimited access to PaperOffice Supporter or PaperOffice Consultant and much more.
