PIA will try to find the most important document data and then extract it. PIA uses special algorithms and recognition technologies.

Worldwide pool of knowledge

With PIA AutoVault, data extraction can be optimized if PIA recognizes the document, e.g. by IBAN. Special recognition masks are then retrieved online for perfect extraction.

Automatic storage

After recognition and extraction, PIA will fill the storage mask with the recognized values. You can check these values again and correct them if necessary.

PIA AutoFill intelligently searches for the document date and document number and uses this information for keywording or enters the date in the PaperOffice calendar.
