What is DropPage?
DropPage is your own web address that you create in PaperOffice. You can use it individually or in conjunction with your company website.
Simply integrate DropPage into your existing website or send your customers the direct link. The customer can add documents themselves, which are then archived directly in PaperOffice.
Documents are automatically uploaded to the PaperOffice DMS and can then be easily and securely organized and managed.
DropPage is a simple way to integrate documents into PaperOffice DMS and ensure that your documents are always organized and available.

With the email archiving feature MailConnect, you can configure your own email accounts or use the assigned PaperOffice email address to automatically archive all incoming emails with attachments.

What can DropMail solve?
Simply create the desired DropMail addresses in PaperOffice, e.g. the format your_client@paperoffice-mail.com for each customer or client, and then assign individual filing templates to enable automated direct archiving.
As soon as documents are sent to this email address, they are automatically placed in the corresponding PaperOffice folders.
